Terms and Conditions for Ellucid Design Studio LLC

Welcome to Ellucid Design Studio LLC! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Ellucid Design Studio LLC provides photography services, including but not limited to portrait sessions, event photography, commercial photography, and photo editing.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due [5 days] before the scheduled session.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, CashApp,Venmo,Cashiers Check, and ofcourse Cash].

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing at least [14 days] prior to the scheduled session for a partial refund of the deposit.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty, provided notice is given at least [14 days] in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and releases are obtained prior to the session (e.g., venue permits, model releases).
• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Additional fees may apply for extended sessions due to lateness.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Ellucid Design Studio LLC retains the copyright to all images produced. Clients receive a limited license for personal use.
• For commercial use or reproduction, additional licensing fees may apply.

6. Editing and Delivery

• All images will be professionally edited and delivered in [format, e.g., high-resolution JPEGs]. [DO NOT RE-EDIT]
• Delivery time for images is typically [2 weeks], unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Liability

Ellucid Design Studio LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the photography session, except in cases of gross negligence.

Clients grant Ellucid Design Studio LLC permission to use images taken during the session for promotional purposes, including social media and website use. If you do not wish to have your images used, please notify us in writing prior to the session.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of [MI]. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in [Saginaw, MI].

10. Amendments
