A $150 Non-Refundable (1x Transferable To A New Date) Deposit Is Required To Book This Package. Remaining balance due 2 days (but no earlier than 7 days… date may be extended if it occurs on or around a holiday) prior to your wedding. If this package is booked in less than 72 hours, payment must be paid in full at booking.
Note: For this package, outdoor events taking place in extreme heat (85 degrees Fahrenheit+)/direct sunlight or below freezing point (30 degrees Fahrenheit or less) are subject to a courtesy fee of $50.

Real Estate/ Business Site Package
Basic Enhanced, Digital Images | On Location | Base Rate Includes Up To 20 Digital Images. Removal of objects is no longer offered. Please ensure the home is prepared for photos in advance.
Real Estate Salesperson/Broker MUST be present onsite when photos are being captured.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes. an itemized travel fee will be coupled with package pricing.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
No, unless the photographer has the availability. In the event a session extension is granted by the photographer the rate will be at the price originally agreed upon at contract signing.
Is mileage included in pricing?
No. A ‘travel fee’ of $0.67 per mile (round-trip) will apply for session locations farther than 15 miles* from Ellucid Design Studio LLC’s studio (+ a $60 convenience fee if more than 30 miles from studio).
‘Travel fee’ based on the IRS issued standard mileage rates effective January 1, 2024.
*For Real Estate Imagery, the mileage rate applies for locations more than 10 miles from Ellucid Design Studio LLC.
Will there be a second shooter?
No, unless otherwise requested or expressed by the photographer upon booking.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, I have a partnership with my preferred vendor I can get print at a discounted rate when ordering through Ellucid Design Studio LLC.
Will you come to me?
If Ellucid Design Studio LLC. has to provide lighting, backdrop, backdrop stand, and/or props… a convenience fee of $100 will be applied to your session. separate from any applicable package fees & mileage rates.
